I had a cavity filled the other day and it still hurts to chew on it...?

its kind of sensitive when i chew on it. ive never had this problem before...has anyone else?

the reason you are feeling discomfort when chewing is becasue the cavity prep for the filling may have been deep which means close to the pulp where the nerves of your tooth are. the irritation from the drill may have made this sensitive the sensitivity should settle shortly
