It's visible and it has decayed and discloloured. I dont like it abd am a bit paro about it. Additional Details2 months agoim 26 years old, it doesn't hurt as such,it's apperance is more the problem

There's more at issue here than the over-retained baby tooth.

Has the permanent canine come in? If it hasn't and is at an angle that it can't come in, it may be doing damage to the roots of your surrounding permanent teeth, which could cause you to lose those permanent teeth.

Have you been to a dentist lately and had x-rays?

If you've not been to the dentist lately then you should consider having a panoramic x-ray made to see exactly what the situation is... If you don't have a regular dentist, then I would suggest getting the x-ray at an orthodontist's office, because that x-ray is standard in ortho offices and not usually in a general dentist's office.
