Fatty Or Not?
I am 5"4/ 5"5 im not totally sure but I use to swim alot and play football but now I only do dance during school and I feel like Im getting fat I am 135- 137 pounds and am a 36B (it think) but I have love handles and my arms and thighs are getting bigger I need to figure out a work out so I lose wieght and keep it off something that doesnt take hours to do or going to the gym cause I have a busy schedule so please any advice am i even fat (around my belly button is 35 in. around my armsthe top near the shoulder is 11 in. my waist is about 31 in.) my mom says that she was 25 inches around her waist at my age and now shes heavy i dont want to end up fat (please help!!!!)
ps am I fat Additional Details1 week agoi dont think i am fat and im not camparing my self to those anorexic models I dont want to be like them I just want to loose a few pounds and get my stomach area tight and not flaby

I agree with the other answerer's, you're not skinny nor fat. It's good to be thinking about your health though. Regarding fitting a workout routine into your schedule, workout at home when you're watching t.v. (situps, lunges with light weights). Walk whenever possible and, to reinforce what the other person said, cut back on what you're currently eating since you're not burning off the calories like you did when you were more active.
