Green tea question?
Is there anything i can put in my green tea besides sugar or honey? I walked ito a Aveda store the other day and there tea just blew me away. No suger nor honey, but it was still awesome. Any suggestions?

Go back to the Aveda store and ASK THEM how they make their tea. There is often a difference in quality between brands for the same type of tea. They may also add something extra to their tea like a flavoring. I've seen raspberry syrup added to green tea.
It may be how long you steep the tea. Never boil tea; pour boiling water into a cup or pot, and add the tea. The longer you allow the tea to steep in the hot water the more bitter the tea will be. A couple of minutes is usually enough. If you want your tea stronger, use more tea, but don't over-steep it.
For making ice tea you start the same way, but use twice as much tea as you would for hot tea. In a separate pitcher combine equal parts water and ice cubes. When the tea is finished steeping pour it into the pitcher. The hot tea will melt the ice; the ice will cool off the beverage. The stronger brew will disperse into the ice water giving you a full bodied ice tea.
