I lost the 15lbs.... what next??!!?

About a month ago i asked yahoo answers what i could do to lose 15-20lbs.... after heeding much appreciated advice and gaining self confidence I've reached my one month goal of a 15-17 pound weight loss.... Now I want to improve the cosmetics of my body. Should i use resistance- bands for that defined, toned look? How long does it normally take to show results? Again, thanx for your concern!!

Resistance bands is a pretty good idea. However I think Calisthenics would be very good for that toned "swimmer" look. Try pull-ups, they create a wide V back which makes you look slimmer. With a low body fat % results can show pretty quickly, usually within a month.
