Is Pilates still effective if you just do the 20 min workout????
Okay, I only have the winsor pilates 20 min workout. Would it still be effective if I eat healthy and walk/jog/run everyday and do crunches and dancing...etc? Cause I don't have the meal plan thing that came with it or any other videos. Will it still give results or no...?

Actually, the program you are describing sounds very ambitious and well rounded, more pilates will consume the well-appropriated time you have squared away for cardio. I think you've got a good thing going as is.
