Thinner face?
how to make my face thinner and have no double chin?what kind of exercise and diet that i have to do?

there is no specific exercise u can do to make ur face thinner. it is one of those things where you have to do the whole body thing which will lead to a thinner looking face. basically u have to cut ur calories, but still eat healthy, don't eat before bed, do some type of physical activity (i.e. running, elyptical, racquetball, skipping, etc) 3-5 times a week and do some weightlifting (more reps less weight) 3 - 4 times a week. also drink tons of water...that is key in keeping the body hydrated and aids in losing weight and healthy skin. (divide ur weight by 2 and that is how many ounces u should drink a day)...keep this up and u will see some good results in about six weeks...once u trim down the body..the face will come with time. good luck!
