Wat is the easiest way to lose weight? Im curious because im looking for a way to lose 15 - 20 lbs by summer.?
Is this a reasonable goal and if not tell me one that is....Hey maybe ur advice will help me and i need so serious advise on losing weight.......what shoul i eat and what types of exercises should i do.... ;-)

daily exercise, if not reduce sugar and oily food intake, drink lots of water and always have lots of green leafy vegetables and salads , it should definitely work
