I'm guessing it has to do with the weather. My skin feels so dry and sort of itchy all over.

I try baby oil out of the shower, body lotion, and it seems ok for a little while, but then it's feels dry and itchy again.

When you start feeling dry and itchy again, apply more lotion. That should help. Also, maybe don't shower so often with so hot water. Hot water strips skin of it's natural oils.
