my nose on the outside is always red and itchy, it just started today, i cant leave it alone, could this be some kind of a infection, i dont have a runny nose at all though, some people say that maybe i have a infection inside my nose but i dont no, cause its the out side of it which is itchy, not the inside

First of all, you have to leave it alone. Use hydrocortizone cream on it to help the itch. It may just be dry skin, or it could be something you got on your nose that caused irritation. If it continues, or if you have other symptoms that pop up, see your doctor about it.
