I know that there is no "cure" for the Flu, but does anyone have any suggestions of remedies that make it easier to get over this 7 day nuisance?? Thanks for answering!! :)

flu is a viral disease and if we use any antibiotics for this disease has no effect. the only effective drug is Amantadin. dexametasone is good for fever. we know that it is a respiratory disease, then the first thing to do is moisturize the room air, avoid dry conditions. use fruits that have vit C (pine apple, .).avoid medications withouth meeting a dr.
